I installed this stove in my 8x10 hunting shack and for the price it is amazing! It's perfect for a smaller square footage shack/shanty/shed. The ceiling in my shack is 7.5 feet high so I had to modify this very simply with a hammer. I bought a 3"-2.5" pipe adapter online for eleven dollars and used one of the cooking tubes as an extra section of chimney pipe. It worked like a dream. (Check my pictures for example.) Minor cons... 1) Some of the chimney sections needed persuading to fit into each other... just use any old hammer to bevel in the end of the pipe. 2) The door doesn't close tightly so it may release some smoke. Just jam something metal in between the latch and door. Check my pictures for example. 3) At the bottom of the stove where it is bead welded, I could see some very tiny holes. Use a flashlight and you'll see. I used some 2000 degree brick chimney repair caulk to seal it just to be safe. I costs about five dollars. For the price you really cant complain about this little portable stove. I absolutely love it. I hoped this helped. Ill post updates after this winters hunting season!
