My mother is completely incontinent and her trash was smelly and terrible to change. I lamented the fact that there were no diaper pails for adults--and then I thought, maybe there is. There is and this is the one! Her diapers disappear through the lid which snaps shut after they fall through. No smell permeating the house. When the pail is full, you open the front door and pull the liner out from the bottom. You use the built in cutter to slice the liner-- it works very easily and cuts cleanly and without much effort. Tie a knot at the top of the trash and tie a knot at the bottom of the cut liner. I have never had a knot untie or the liner rip. You end up with a sausage of dirty diapers that don't smell and safely entombed in strong plastic. Replacing the liner is easy and well explained. It is amazing how much this has helped both in the immediate disposal of the diapers and in taking them out of the house. I highly recommend this product.
