I mix it with Coconut oil and have a very effective oil pulling routine that has left my teeth sparkling white! My friends have been asking if I bleached my teeth, they are so white. It is just this combo. No side effects like you get with chemical whiteners. No sensitivity, nothing. and my Dentist said my teeth and gums are healthier! No plack!
