So glad I gave this stuff a try. Going to try and keep this short- I was planning on getting a whole stomach piece. My appointment was at 2pm. At 12 I applied a thick layer on my entire stomach, wrapped with Saran Wrap. Waited an hour- At 1, I took the Saran Wrap off, reapplied the cream and rewrapped with Saran Wrap: drove to my tattoo appointment at 2 with it on. Long story short, my artist was freehand drawing the piece on my stomach for about an hour and 20 minutes, THEN decided he wanted it on a stencil instead. I was getting a little nervous because most reviews on here say the numbness lasts about 2 hours. SO I thought I was totally screwed. He takes time to draw out this whole stencil (I've got no place to be so whatever), we dont actually start tattooing until about 5pm. Started in the top left corner of the wing. I felt NOTHING until it was closer to 7 and at that point- he only had the head and antenas left ( I really didn't put a lot of cream there to begin with, didn't know exactly how high up it would be) You can feel the vibration and thats it. Im honestly so impressed with also how long it last- I thought It would be fully un-numb by the time he started. Im a pretty big baby, im the type of person when I get tattooed my entire body aches the next day because all my muscles were flexed for those 2-3 hours. Was 100% fine, talking, playing my phone. Didn't feel a thing. HIGHLY impressed. and HIGHLY recommend. I won't get tattooed again without it. Also arrived on time, all seals were sealed and the jar was full.
