Update: I contacted spigen for this issue. The spigen mailed me a new case. Now it fits my Xs perfectly. Thanks! The lower side of the back camera cutout is a little bit small for Xs. I use a small utility knife to enlarge the current cutout a little bit, and it works! I will say if you need a case with correct back camera cutout, you may need to go to apple store and pay $$$$ there. I really hope spigen can mail me another one with correct Xs cutout lol....
