Great, but could be better. Missing one piece...
Great carrier at a great price. Got the XL for our 18lb Lhasa Apso/ Shi Tzhu mix. (OMG, Amazon actually edited out part of the name of the breed!)
Only neg is the lack of padding on the straps where they go over your shoulders/neck. We used an old t-shirt for padding, otherwise this would be a solid 5 stars.
