If you’re planning on using a box spring with your mattress for this frame it will be incredibly high off the ground. If you’re only using a mattress (you will have to measure and cut plywood to rest over the metal bars. You’ll need 80 inches by 60 inches of plywood to cover frame for just a mattress.
