Super versatile
Really love it so far but it is early yet
As far as people complaining about the temperature of cabinets and counter tops. I made fries today. Ran the fryer at 400 for 30 minutes and used IR gun to measure temps. Counter top was 107. Barely warm to the touch and the bottom of the upper cabinet just above the fryer was 120. This is NOT an issue.
