My husband purchased this under his Amazon account, but wanted to give a quick review. This unit is QUIET. And it was a snap to install. The first one we received last Thu was DOA, but Amazon made it easy to return (UPS picked it up front our front porch), and we received replacement today. Took less than 20 minutes to install and cooled the room (13x15-ish) in no time at all. Video should be attached... UPDATED VIDEO demonstrating unit off with ambient noise of room, then turned on.
