I was so excited about this little caddy, but was soon let down by the lack of suction when it came to staying attached to the sink! I tried wetting the cups just a tad bit, drenching them in water, making sure the sink was completely clean and dry, and after every attempt, the caddy fell off within seconds/minutes! My husband suggested I just return it, but I was determined to make it work. **I went to Walmart and bought a 99 cent mini tub of petroleum jelly (next to the bandaids), went home, cleaned and dried the suction cups and the sink one more time, put a little bit of jelly around the underside rim of each cup, stuck it to the sink, held firmly for about 30 seconds and voila! The caddy hasn't budged in about a week!!!** UPDATE: The cups fall off after about a couple months. Call Simple Human customer service and they will send you a pack of clear stickers to put on the suction cups to stick to the sink, and then the last about 8 months!!!
