I LOVE this gel pack. I have arthritis in my neck and have spent well over 100.00 dollars on gel packs, this gel pack is the best. Here's what I like, the material is extremely pliable and feels like a silky nylon. I want to be able to wrap the gel pack around my neck and with this one I can do that. As you can see in the photo I rolled mine up and put it in a sock then place it in freezer. Another plus is how long this gel pack stays cold! I usually wake up at 130 am with my neck stiff, burning and in so much pain I can not go back to sleep. I grab the gel pack go back to bed and wrap it around my neck within 20 to 40 mins my neck feels better (it maybe it's just numb) either way I take it off and I'm able to fall asleep. When I awake around 9am this gel pack is still semi cold!! Love love love this gel pack! And the price is extremely reasonable.
