Prior to getting this rubber mallet, I’d have to hit my lawn gofers with a metal hammer, which was harder and made a big mess when I hit one right on. Now, with this rubber mallet, I can more accurately strike the gofers as they pop up, and the softer strike surface allows me to daze them rather than make their head explode. Seriously recommend.
