Went searching for a splint after it was recommended by my massage therapist for plantar fasciitis. I’ve been running more and want to keep up the gains but heel pain and tight calves were making it very tough. This splint has been just what I needed. It came with helpful instructions and has been easy to use at night. The fully adjustable splint provides just the right amount of support and comfort at night. Best of all today’s run was free of pain in my heel and calf!
