I have lived with "stop slouching" and "sit up straight" most of my life. Part of my excuse has been my height (6' 3") and being an ex-competitor swimmer, i.e. swimmers rounded shoulders. I tried to tackle the problem myself with imagining a balloon over my head, forcing my shoulders back, chest-back strength training , stretching and a little bit of yoga. I had some improvement but little long term results. I bought the Comfy Brace after some research and decided on the Comfy Brace as one that appeared to be a good fit. Gave it a try. I been wearing it now for two weeks (I'm over the uncomfortableness of wearing a new item, have it on about 6 hours a day; standing, sitting and light activity). I put it on under my shirt and over a T-shirt. I've begun to receive comments about "looking different", but in a good way. A good decision and good fit.
