I was disappointed in the fit of these ear plugs after following the included directions. They weren't as snug as I expected and were not comfortable when sleeping. However, I decided to reshape them and now they are a perfect fit and I do not notice them while sleeping! All they need to do is change these steps: STEP 1 Attach the SMALLEST silicon tip. This is so the tip doesn't interfere with the molding process - I used the "best fit" one as they instructed and it failed to get the mold to fit deep into my ear concha. STEP 5 DO NOT shape the mold to your ear using your fingers. It creates uneven edges. Instead, lay your head flat on a table with a small amount of pressure. Continue resting your ear on the table for at least a minute until the mold hardens. This creates a perfectly fitting mold with an even, flat surface. These now fit so much better and they even work well with the small silicone tips. The foam tips are now an added bonus. They should really update their instruction manual.
