I love this product. I have times where I'm run down and sick achy feeling and I take lauricidin and I start to feel better. I have candida and when I take 4-6 scoops a day ( start off slow ) I feel normal and have no symptoms. This is also good for sinus infections. I had one so bad that all of my sinuses were infected the one even in the back and started taking lauricidin and with in days started to clear up. I really can't take antibiotics because of the candida so anytime I am sick ill take this. Anyways that's what I can say. If you have candida just stay on it. If you are sick take it when you need it. My kids even ask for it when they have a cold. Oh and another thing, all the research I've done in viruses and cancer - some cancers come from viruses. In theory , if you kill the virus using this product maybe the cancer won't grow. At any rate it can only help!! Hope this has help at least one person. Cuz feeling sick and run down isn't how you should live life. I clean houses and don't think I'd have the energy if not for this product:
