We had been fighting with our Cuisinart Pressure Cooker for 2 years. It didn't keep a seal, even after we bought new seals. And, we couldn't consistently get the top to properly fit. It was frustrating to use we finally threw it out. I decided to buy a new one from another company. After reading the Amazon reviews for the GoWISE USA (the worst was 3/5 and had more to do with the manual than with the pressure cooker) I took a chance a bought one. We used it last night for the first time and it was dream to use. It's very easy to get the lid on with one small counter-clockwise move, it displays the actual pressure, lets you know when heating and pressurizing with an LED readout, and lets you know when cooking begins. It's easy to set the cooking timer, either with preset timers or an individual time setting. And of course didn't blow up. :-) I can very highly recommend this product. MJS, M.D.
