If you take 300mg a day with Pterostilbene you will have the best effect. Recommend taking with Doublewood Supplements 100mg capsules. That will provide you with the best overall benefit & results. I know this is being studied at NIH for memory, and other things - but I have to tell you that it is wonderful for nerve related issues. I have had neuropathy in my legs & feet now for about 15 years. Confirmed with testing. My last test showed that I am <borderline> for neuropathy now where I was dead-on in the confirmation zone just about 12 years ago. Can't say it will work for you - but it sure has been working for me. Not a silver bullet - but if you need to calm down neuropathy this might help you like it has me.
