I've had this for a week now, and as someone who spends about 40 hours a week in front of my computer for work and another 20 hours for class, I can honestly say that this cushion has become indispensable. It almost perfectly fits my slightly-oversized office chair; the cover material is soft, and the memory foam holds up beautifully. The non-skid base has kept the cushion in place on leather, vinyl, and fabric. It adds about 1.5" to my sitting height, so a little desk adjustment was necessary. You might want to consider a footrest when you get this since that extra height might put some odd strain on your knees, but that would happen with any cushion.
