I purchased this chair based on two factors: the price, and its rating. The chair is a decent chair for the price, but the chair does have faults. The faults are why I only gave this product a 3 Star Rating. My biggest fault with this gaming chair is that the armrests are not adjustable, and for me they are a little on the low side. I did have some problems with putting the chair together, and the bolts on the right armrest will not tighten all the way and it wobbles a bit. I am primarily a pc gamer, and have already put this chair through some gaming sessions. The bucket seat is comfortable enough. I removed the lumbar support cushion, and that helped with my comfort level. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Edit 05/08/2018 The seller contacted me about my issues, and corrected the situation. I am updating my review and improving my rating because of this. I believe this is a reputable seller who stands behind their products. I would be glad to due business with them again in the future. It is my recommendation that if you are looking for an entry level gaming chair to give this one a chance.
