I found this earbud after already buying the GoNovate G9 earbud. The G9 is a very good wireless earbud for me that fits great and sounds great but it only lasts around 3 hours on a single charge. The G10 peaked my interest because it's branded as smaller and with a longer lasting battery (6 hours). After using the G10 for several days, these are my findings and opinion: Contents: 1 small circle hard case, 1 earbud, 3 ear cushions, 1 charging cable, 1 manual Pros: Size - This thing is small and can be worn in a more concealed manner than any other earbud I've bought Sound - For a mono earbud, the sound is very good. Don't expect top of the line audio from this but bass and treble are decent and will allow you to hear your music, audio books or media clearly. Audible alerts - Nice clear audible alerts that tell you when the device powers on, powers off, battery low, pairs, connects, disconnects and reconnects. Connection: Once paired with my phone, I was able to keep my phone in either of my front pockets or backpack and continue to listen to music without any connection issues. Cons: Design - For me the earbud fit snug in my ear but because the power button is towards the top of the bud and made it difficult for me to press the button to play/pause music or to power on/off the device while in my ear. The curvature of my ear caused the power button to be slightly blocked when it was in place and turned inward for stability. A power button more in the center (like the G9) would resolve this. Replacement buds: The earbud came with 3 earbud cushions but all are the same size. It would be nice if they came in different sizes to accommodate everyone's different size ears. Also the first cushion I used when I got the earbud fit snug when first put in place but only 2 days later the same cushion came off of the earbud and stayed lodged in my ear. I got it out but was shocked to see that the cushions snug fit was no more after such a short time. I've put on another cushion and will continue to check it's fit to the earbud as time goes. Battery - Recharge time is fast, usually under 80 minutes BUT this earbud has not lasted the 6 hours it claims. Testing with audio only (MP3) and the volume at half, I was only able to get a max time of 4 hrs and 40 minutes before I got the battery low alert. Voice clarity - I left this out of Pros and Cons because my tests had voice clarity as good. I tested voice clarity through individual recordings of my myself to the phone with the earbud in and through phone calls. My recording playbacks sounded loud and clear with no distortion. Phone call clarity was done with both clear voices on either end as well as the caller unable to hear me at times based on if I was moving around while talking. Overall, it's a nice small, compact earbud with good sound but because the battery fails to live up to the advertised amount of time I can't give it 5 stars. I'll probably keep the G10 since it does the job I need it to do well and I while I didn't plan on using for 6 hours straight with every use it will still service it's purpose for my needs. Update: 08/23/16: After more consistent use I found that the same problem I had initially with the ear cushion slipping off is happening with all 3 sets of cushions. The gloss finish of the ear bud combined with prolonged use wears down the cushion so it no longer has a strong seal making it very easy to slide off (in the ear canal for me). All 3 cushions have now been used in a short time due to this problem making the ear bud itself useless to me. I'm removing 1 star from my original review because of this problem. Update: 09/02/16. Customer support contacted me to let me know they reviewed my findings and appreciated the feedback for future products and replaced my original earbud. I'll continue to use the earbud as a secondary piece as it does work for my initial purpose. As a note, you can use/wear the earbud without the cushion in place but for me the cushion provided additional support for stability making sure the earbud didn't fall out as well as helping to seal the earbud for better sound quality. I'm adding 1 star back to my review to reflect customer service.
