***Update: I was able to receive the discounted subscription rate after I received an email fe the seller with an accurate link to so so, thank you. As a result I give 4 stars.*** Received the cameras a few days ago, packaged well, connected to wifi easily, microphone/speaker breaks up a little— sounds are muffled, the cameras provide clear images. The night vision is excellent and I can save clips of the recorded video and send via text or email easily. Problem: I want to use the standard cloud subscription and pay annually; however if you purchase the year subscription through the app it charges a fee of $84.99. But, if you go to the YI website, the yearly subscription is advertised at $66. The problem is that the website redirects customers to purchase the cloud subscription through the app and not their website (that means I cannot get the advertised price of $66)! I have emailed the YI company through their website and I’ve not recieved a response yet. I’d love to give this product 5 stars, however I cannot until I am able to get the annual standard (7 day motion detection) cloud service that is advertised for $66.
