I'm very glad I purchased the Comfy Brace. It helps me to not slump especially when working in the kitchen. I also use it in the yard for all the chores I do to keep my back supported. I'll be ordering more of these to always have on hand. I do believe you can wear it under your clothing and nobody would know. It is very light and well made. I wish I would have bought this sooner. I'm so glad I have it now. Thank you.
