I went back and forth on buying this for weeks. Our mattress is old and worn, but with a young baby, we aren't ready to pull the trigger on buying a nice, fancy, new mattress that might end up peed/pooped/barfed on. This is an affordable way to extend the life of an aging mattress for a comfy night's sleep. We are very happy with it and so far, so good with durability. UPDATE 3/24/18: Happy to report that we are still pleased with this topper. Foam is still responsive and comfortable. Our mattress is finally so bad that the topper can't save us from having to buy a new one, but we will either be using this on the new bed or moving it to another bed to keep on making comfy sleep happen. This one is worth the money.
