it arrived in a smaller box, first i was a bit mad because of the packaging but the moment i put it on my chair and sit , i was like wowww, this is life.. i spend long hours on this chair and i have back pain. i will update this review if it helps my pain. but so far i m impressed. i dont take the time to write reviews. if the product is really bad or really good that is the only time i write a review honestly.and i do think people have honesty problem on amazon. product i bought before this one was absolutely the worst product but it had the best reviews. this is a real review. so you make your choise because i think this is the best one i found here.
