WARNING LONG RAMBLING REVIEW lol... So I've had this for almost a year now & this past month I've really got the hang of it & let me tell you, these things are AMAZING! Just don't give up on it right away when you can't figure it out. That's what I did. I couldn't get it to set right & it kept leaking so I put it back in the bag, used tampons and the cup just sat on a shelf for a few months. Then one day while watching YouTube videos I came across another review that made me want to try this again. So I bought another one, a green large one this time. (I bought the blue small one the first time) I thought maybe the reason why I wasn't getting it to fit right was because I bought a small. I'm 30 & have had two kids. But I have read reviews that have said that doesn't really matter, so first time I wanted to start off small. Anyways, so like I said, I bought a green large cup the second time around. I tried it and boom it worked! I'm not sure why I got that one to work on the first try but I did (I use the C fold btw) so I wore that for a couple days and it was great so I wanted to try the small blue one again. So I put the small blue one in again and again first try got it again! Also, the small worked great even though I've had two kids. I think maybe the first time I tried it I wasn't relaxing enough. I don't know lol.. Anyway, point of the the review is these things are awesome! Once you get the hang of it, it really feels like you're not on your period AT ALL! It's a little messy when taking out but if you don't mind your own blood, then it shouldn't be a problem. Also, from my experience, it shouldn't matter if you've had kids or not. I'd say get a size depending on your flow. I wear the small cup during the day now & I can wear it all day with no leaks. I don't bleed a lot during the day. I put the large cup in right before bed because I bleed a lot at night while sleeping. I've woke up before with the large cup almost full. So it all depends on your body. Or buy both sizes and use both like me! Haha.. I posted pictures so you can see the difference between a small cup and a large cup. The small is blue & the large is green. I cut off the stems on both of them. That's just personal preference. I do not like the stems sticking out of my vagina! :/ So if you have read this whole review, I hope it helped!
