First of all, I ordered two, and fortunately mine didn't come melted.... and these vitamin gummies taste too good. If they were actual candy I'd probably finish the whole container in one day! I've been using this brand for several months now and my hair is completely different. I'm African American, so I have an extremely hard time keeping my tight coils moisturized. But now, my strands stretch like doll hair instead of breaking when pulled. My split ends are gone. Also, my hair is growing at least twice as fast as it did before. I didn't think I'd be able to reach a goal of growing an extra 8"-10" of hair in the next year (so I can sport an awesome 'fro), but now I'm thinking that just may happen. Also, people are telling me my skin is noticeably more supple. I am 40 and the other day some 27-year-old kid hit on me thinking I was his age. XD XD XD However, my skin is still subject to breakouts. So if you want acne relief these vitamins might not be much help. My only real disappointment is that these vitamins did nothing for my soft nails. My finger and toe nails are just as soft and pliable as ever. I see from the comments that not everyone had such positive results as mine. My particular experience was stronger fast-growing hair and supple, vibrant skin. I will be purchasing this Nature's Valley product on a recurring basis.
