Haven't used this for very long so can't I say how reliable it is just yet. However it worked well cleaning floor tile grout. The steam it produces is very hot, scalding is more like it, regardless of what other people have said in their review. The capacity could stand to be a little larger, as the 6.6 oz lasted me about 10-12 minutes on my grout. Luckily it's easy to refill and reheats in less than 1 minute. It seems to be built pretty solid, and the attachments are pretty fair. The beef I have is farther down in the page on the Amazon site, it says a fabric steamer is included, that is not the case per Amazon. I will attempt to contact the vendor or the manufacturer to see if in fact this was a packaging error or an error in the listing. There are several review sites that I checked that this unit was rated the best for hand held steamers, this even though it was cheaper than most others on the list. That can't be a bad thing. All in all, especially for the price, this unit is well worth the money.
