I have ordered all of the highest rated liquid B 12 from Amazon as well as local health food stores in NYC! I am not sure why this one does not have more reviews but it is the best one I have tried. I have a very serious B 12 deficiency from Anemia. I am not taking it for energy like a lot of people are which doesn't seem too serious. In July of 2016, I broke my ankle in 2 places it severed from the inside and then I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. (I was a professional dancer and Martial artists) I only recently found out Osteoporosis and B 12 deficiency are linked. I have lost 35 pounds from Osteoporosis and B 12 deficiency. I have been in a wheel chair ever since last July and have not been able to recover in fact my health has gone down hill rapidly. B 12 deficiency can cause mobility problems as well as pain and insomnia and Vertigo and a bunch of other problems. I had been having fainting spells and vertigo with vomiting. None of the other B 12 supplements worked for me. This one stopped the Vertigo and vomiting right away! I am starting to sleep as well. I also have been starting to walk very slowly with a cane and my husband holding onto me. (I am not old it is the B 12 deficiency that created the immobility.) Although it has had no effect on the crippling pain I have yet, none of the B 12 supplements have helped with that! Unlike what someone said in one of the reviews they said this has red dye in it. It does not. B 12 is red and all supplements are red. This product is all natural. I would never take a product with red dye in it! B 12 shots are poisonous and do not work. This is much healthier! I think this brand works best for me because it is the most potent. If you are looking for a B 12 supplement try this one! For me it has been life changing and I have only used it for 2 weeks!
