I found the Citracal Petites easier to swallow than the horse chokers I have been using. I am at an age where bone health is critical, and this is a highly regarded brand with many write-ups in health and wellness magazines. Take a much or as few as you need for your current age and condition. As I am getting older, I will opt for twice or three times per day. I am not quite up for the 4X daily routine, but it's an excellent product, and I highly recommend it.
