I like wearing boxers even though I’m not a man because they’re really soft and comfy to sleep in. They make great PJs. I personally don’t like long pants to sleep in, or the really short and contoured female versions of PJs, so these are perfect to sleep in. I got small, and they fit pretty well. I’m a small woman so it might be snug on a man? I can’t comment on the “access port” obviously...I’m not sure how convenient or not the button there is. I just don’t unbutton it. Otherwise, great comfort!
