I ordered this in black. I normally wear a L/XL in most clothing. I was hoping to size up so that I could wear this as a tunic with leggings and such. I went with the xxl (as per the size chart) and it is very roomy. For curvier women, I would caution that while the cut is generous, the material is thin. The material is more of a thin, stretchy knit, than a jersey material. Sizing up means that I dont have material clinging to any weird lumps and bumps on my body, and I can wear it off shoulder. I would also hesitate to order this in a light color, as I would fear that the thin material would highlight less attractive areas. I could have definitely worn this as a shirt in a L, but I like the longer "over the hips" look, and I think it actually looks flattering on my body type. If you are an hourglass or pear shape, go for it. If you are an apple shape, just know that the material might cling a bit if you dont size up. I can throw this on with leggings and I have an instant 30 dollar outfit-perfect for travel, casual shopping days, etc. Crazy cheap and cute, easy to dress up or down.
