My dell 17 inch laptop will not fit in this back pack. They advertised that it fit large laptops. My laptop measures 16 5/8 x 13 1/8. It would not fit. They made it right by going beyond anything I have ever seen. They made me a larger backpack and sent it to me. It fit great. I can only express what great customer service they have given me.
