Got this to replace the polyvisol my preemie was taking, and it has been great so far. What sold me on this is that the iron formulation is easier to digest (easier on the stomach) over other brands of multivitamin with iron. Any any parent who was sent home with their preemie knows the NICU stresses you continue giving the polyvisol they started in NICU for your baby's health sake. But the polyvisol is so hard on the stomach-my baby would curl up in a ball and have grown adult moans and grunts when her stomach and her immature intestinal tract starts to "digest" the multivitamin-which resulted in hours of pain and cramping for my baby. I have been giving my preemie the NovaFerrum Multivitamin with iron for almost a week now and she's just fine afterwards. No pain, no grunts, just content baby. Love it! So glad I found this multivitamin.
