So thankful for this! I keep my front loader PRISTINE and after 7 years of faithful service, the door finally got left closed with neglected, wet clothes inside for about 4 days (ewww) and immediately got the dreaded musty, sour smell of mold. I checked the gasket and there was no mold to clean. I tried my usual Affresh, then tried bleach, Tide washing machine cleaner, then vinegar, all to no avail. I bought this, feeling pretty desperate (the first worldiest of problems) and wasn't expecting much. I used it according to the directions (adding the really hot water and sitting for an hour) once and it was an improvement, but still gross. The second time, and totally impatiently, I used double the amount with one gallon of hot water and let it sit overnight, door open. I turned the drum any time I remembered then ran the tub clean cycle. It was pure magic. ZERO scent left (like, totally neutral, not covered up) and no further issues to speak of!
