After taking these for several days I was thinking no change in reference to blood pressure readings. I had been getting readings like 140/85 as a general daily reading. So after taking the pills for a week no difference until today. Let me say I have a top of the line BP monitor A&D deluxe life source monitor. This morning I took 3 readings 128/75 -117/75-112/70 an average reading of the 3-- 119/73. Let me say that I am 73 yrs old and go for a 2 mile walk at least 3 times a week which does help your heart, which is a muscle and needs exercise . This takes me about 30min. for the walk.
