Order 1 size up for loose fit
I am 5 foot seven and about 150 pounds. I wanted a loose fit so I went with the xl. The sleeve length is great and the shirt fits the chest and drapes really well. I love the collar button detail. It looks like a high quality garment. Very flattering and very comfortable. I'll probably be getting another color.
