I can not knock this ladder. It is a good ladder and I do not regret the purchase. However, as stated in their product video by Mel Huffaker, Senior Vice President, when he starts talking about the extension ladder - he states "Rubber Grips, Plastic Slips". Well I am here to tell you that rubber slips as well as is seen in my attached video. I had gone up and down the ladder twice, with no issues. If you look closely at the video, I do "test" the ladder before I attempt to come down.
