This is my third sleeve for my MacBook Pro 13-inch (2015) -- and the first one that really works. It is exactly what I have been looking for. I carry my MacBook in my backpack which, regrettably, has woefully insufficient padding. Clearly I needed a sleeve in addition to the backpack. (I also like the sleeve-within-backpack idea because I don't have to remove the computer from the sleeve to go through security at the airport.) The first sleeve I bought didn't really have enough padding, especially for the corners. I spent a lot of money for this computer and it is important to me to protect it. The second sleeve was better -- a semi-hardshell, but it was at least 2 inches too big in both dimensions, which left the computer rattling around in there. The Tomtoc fits beautifully, and provides plenty of padding around the sides and the corners. Two other things I particularly appreciate about the design: the zipper is not right in the middle; you set the computer into the case, and the padding covers the sides and edges, while the zipper is above the centerline, at about the same level as the lid. The upshot is that the computer is not rubbing up against the zipper, but against the padding. The other thing is that the case unzips far enough to easily remove the computer, but not far enough that I have to worry about it falling out when I unzip the case. (That was a problem with both the other cases I bought). Plus, it is very nice looking and feels good to hold. I don't normally write reviews, but this item was such a perfect solution to the problem of how to adequately protect my laptop that I wanted to share these thoughts.
