Hi Amazon, I love everything you do. This gaming station is awesome. My only complaint is you say 2 games are included. (Shovel Knight & Ducktales) It took me awhile to track down a way to contact you and get someone on the phone to explain to me "sorry, but that these games aren't free. They are included for a price." I told her nicely that it was misleading and then was hung up on. Ha, what? Seriously, these games aren't free?! Included with purchase means they don't cost money! Change your wording guys. You have a great product don't blow it by pissing people off. Also, I really want those damn games for free now. Do the right thing.
