I gave this pillow to my husband for Christmas as he needed more comfort when he slept due to some alignment issues with his knee. He LOVES the pillow. He is impressed by the comfort it is providing and the quality fabrics. I have personally been impressed with the extreme customer service I have received since ordering the pillow. Upon ordering, I received a phone call asking if I would be interested in a complimentary pillow cover. I chose the zippered cover, and it was delivered promptly and is very nice and high quality. I have also received emails asking how my product is and if there is anything more they can do for us. They are willing to customize a pillow, if needed. I find great customer service is a rarity these days and I appreciate a company that demonstrates a high level of customer service. I also appreciate they stand by their product and offer a great warranty. I highly recommend this product and this company.
