I have the Vitamix 5300 High Performance Blender that is available through Costco. It came with 1 pitcher the 64-ounce low profile. I found myself frequently wanting to blend smaller amounts that were not working in this large 64-ounce pitcher. It took me a long time to want to spend another $100+ on another pitcher for this expensive blender, but I finally did. Now that I have purchased the 32-ounce pitcher with wet blade, this has become the pitcher I use most often. I like the design of the pitcher, it fits inside the blender holders on the machine, not on the outside the way the large pitcher fits. The measurement numbers are easy to read and the lid fits tightly. I will note that liquid often squeezes when I wash it. I fill it with hot water and soap, if you get just a little over the fill line the water spills out. I have used it to make lots of smoothies, batter and pulse nuts into a cream.
