I got this for a friend. I have been using this for months. I've had some moles that fell off. I've had these moles for 20-plus years. So it's doing something! I do not have cancer, but I believe in doing the best I can to be healthy it is part of my daily routine now. I use 8 bottled water to 1/2 cup of the Essiac. It tastes just fine. I take a quarter cup a.m. and p.m. preventatively. I highly recommend it.
