Good, solid chair. A few small issues though
The chair is very well built, feels solid. Like the. mesh bottom/back and adjustability, especially the arms that swing up and out of the way (great for being able to push in the chair under a desk). The ergonomics generally work well for me but note that I'm pretty tall at 6'2". Some shorter users might find the base a bit high even at its lowest setting. Now, onto my nit picks. The back and headrest would benefit from being about 2" higher. I'm 6'2" and the headrest touches the top of my shoulders, so when I sit properly and lean back, it hits my body, not my head. If I move forward a bit (slouch a little), then it hits in the right place. I'm debating removing the headrest (note its easily removable). Second is that the sides of the bottom are hard, there's no cushion where the base mesh attaches at the sides so if you try to sit cross legged or have one leg up on the chair that lays across the edge, it can get a bit uncomfortable.
