I needed something to help with my constant gastrointestinal inflammation and irritation. I've tried all sorts of prescription medicines. Finally someone suggested I try this. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that wasn't going to work. Within a couple days I was "regular". Yes, I still have problems, but no where near as disabling as before. I can't say enough good things. They are not too big. I've had mints that are larger. Easy to swallow. I've never noticed any taste. I would say this is just right for me.
