You know some people like their pillows more firm, some more soft. I tend to fall right in the middle. For me, this pillow, by pure chance, was just perfect. Feels really good on my lower back. I most likely will buy a second one. The thickness is perfect as well. I'm not sure how long the adjustable straps will last, seeming those are usually the first thing to break on these lumbar pillows. I will update if this thing doesn't last. But at this moment, it feels perfect, exactly what I needed.
