goodbye dermatologist and endocronologist
At only 21, I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis , for those who are unfamiliar with this disease; endometriosis is technically the outcome of a major horomonal imbalance almost certainly from having too much estrogen circulation (excess estrogen is also related to breast cancer, fibroids and other diseases). I was prescribed a cocktail of horomone poisoning medication that was quote on quote meant to mask the deliberating symptoms of endometriosis such as PMS, excruciating monthly cramps, ovarian cysts and food allergies.......I have 1 word for doctors trained to deal with horomonal diseases...FAIL!!!!!! I ended up with even worsening of my symptoms (to the point where I ended up growing chin hairs and skin break outs in addition to getting oily skin and scalp...this is terrifying for someone whose had clear skin as a teenager to have to deal with this at 21). In summary, physicians of our day are not as knowledgeable and certainly lack much training in regards to female horomonal treatments. For instance, my doctor insisted on putting me on lupron ( a prostate cancer drug) to cease my monthly cycle (glad I did not go down that road). I started doing research on my own and I became desperate to find a cure since my body chemistry clearly did not tolerate synthetic treatments and birth control, and vitex chaste berry kept coming up in the search engine for horomonal balance. I was desperate at that point and was ready to try anything natural that I could get my hands on, and let me tell you one thing I AM SO GLAD I TRIED VITEX BECAUSE IT HAS ABSOLUTELY CHANGED MY LIFE. Literally the minute that I swallowed that pill I felt a relief in my anxiety, my throbbing cramps and most importantly I had my energy back. The cystic acne which emerged as a side effect from the medicine that the doctors had put me on was clearing (IMMENSLY), the chin hairs that were also caused by the synethic horomonal medicine had reversed, I mean an absolute 180 turn in all my symptoms. Fast forward 3 years later and vitex is still working its magic, in addition to a new diet plan (no gluten, dairy and synthetic sugars) I have found an absolute relief of my endometriosis. I would like to direct this message to all women suffering from any horomonal issue, PLEASE BE KIND TO YOUR BODY and try the natural approach first. I was not hesitant to try vitex since it's been used for hundreds of years and is actually commonly prescribed by doctors in Germany, and there are virtually no serious side effects (no symptoms in case it ends up not helping with your problems). Vite is definitely the most effective herbal treatment for female horomonal malfunctions.
