Here's the deal: I bought a two piece swimsuit with "boy shorts". The boy shorts essentially disappeared when I put them on and I spent the entire afternoon pulling them out of various places of my body. When I got home from the pool, I ordered these shorts. I was happy with their length and the fact that they go above my stomach, not under. My only problem is that these shorts are not the same blue as the top I bought. But I'd rather look uncoordinated than like a bag of biscuits tied together with dental floss.
