I have si joint dysfunction. My insurance denied surgery saying it was experimental. It was to the point I could not stand, sit, or lay down. For two years I suffered with debilitating pain. I ordered msm and waited awhile before I actually tried it. I just have to say... Praise the Lord! It is seriously a miracle. I have not had a sleepless night since April 20th. I remember the day because it was my 40th Birthday and I cried all day thinking this is how I'm going to spend my 40th and the rest of my life.... stuck in bed. If I feel my si joint the least bit starting to pull and wrap around my hip. My calf also burns non stop, which also went away. I add about a tbsp of msm crystals to my 16oz. Bottled water and the next day the pain is gone. I do not use the fine crystals. For some reason that one hurts my belly. I use the reg. crystals and give my water a good shake. I don't measure anymore. I just put a heaping spoonful or two through a small funnel into my water. Please give this a try it truly is a "miracle" and does take joint/muscle pain completely away. I have never left a review before, but if I can help just one person get some relief from suffering I will. I do want to say, when I tried it for the first time I started with 1/4 tsp and worked my way up after about a week.
