Please don't pay attention to the review of someone who's never even tried this app. Also, you do NOT pay a penny extra for any more filters or anything. EVERYTHING, including, free upgrades, is included when you purchase this app. I suspect that people either don't have a clue as to what they're doing, or they're plants from a competitor with the low reviews and the lies about this app. This is a GREAT photo app that has a ton of features to alter your pictures creatively, whether you're a novice or a more experienced photographer. This is frequently updated to add even more features and is definitely worth the price. This can help you create some really awesome and creative images. More experienced photographers may be a little disappointed in some of the editing features, but it's still worth the price for all the features you get. You won't be disappointed in the features you get. I've created some really incredible photos with this program.
